Natural Remedies for Hair Growth For Black Women That Really Work (DIY)
#1. Healthy Diet
Healthy hair starts from within. You can use all the products in the world if you don’t have a healthy diet its pointless. As you may already know Biotin is known to help achieve faster hair growth however there are other foods that can help also. While biotin is important for hair health. Just eat a balanced diet that includes some high-biotin foods: eggs, peanuts, almonds, wheat bran, salmon, avocados, and low-fat cheese. You can also take biotin as a supplement but not a substitution, a balanced diet is still one of the natural remedies for hair growth for black women. I take the Spring Valley 10 000 MCG Biotin Supplement, my hair loves it.

#2. Castor Oil
Castor oil is an age old beauty treatment. It has natural antibacterial and anti fungal properties and is high in Vitamin E, minerals, proteins, and Omega 6 and 9 beneficial fatty acids. Its unusually high ricinoleic acid ratio makes it beneficial to skin and hair.
In fact, castor oil has traditionally been used topically for acne and other skin conditions, as well as hair loss, rashes and more.
My absolute best friend. I personally use the Haiti Castor Oil but any castor oil will do. I use castor oil daily on my scalp and gently massage it in with my finger tips. Some people have an issue with the smell. I grew to love the smell but not my husband so I add Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint essential oils which mask the smell. Haitian castor oil & Jamaican castor oil are two of my most used natural remedies for hair growth as a black women.
#3. Scalp Massages
Following a great hair regimen (moisturizing daily, deep conditioning regularly, protective styling) ensure that hair grows out strong and healthy. Adding a scalp massage to a hair care regimen stimulates the scalp, improves circulation and reduces stress. If you are looking to promote hair growth you should consider performing scalp massages regularly. Make sure the scalp is clean and free of products. You can add oils for better results. Another one of my favorite natural remedies for hair growth.
#4. Inversion Method
“The Inversion Method involves inverting the body upside down or at a slightly inverted angle, supposedly relieves tension as the weight of your body naturally “stretches” the spine. Proponents say that it not only helps ease back pain but also slows the aging of the spine. In addition, many claim that it increases circulation, stimulates the brain, enhances glandular system functioning, and relieves pressure on the abdominal organs. Hair aficionados, however, suggest that the same increased circulation that is generated from an inverted position to ease back pain can also accelerate hair growth.” _Hairdiary
Be very careful when trying the method. Consult with your Doctor and we don’t suggest doing this treatment if you have serious health conditions. I personally have not done this method for 7 days straight. However, a lot of women have reported gaining an inch of hair in 7 days, that is insane. Anther great natural remedies for faster hair growth for black women.
